The short version

Hamkey LLC ("we", "us") runs hamkey.org. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising, and we collect as little information as we can while still understanding how the site is used.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — page views, country, browser, referring source, and similar technical signals. Google may set cookies in your browser as part of this. We do not use this data to personally identify you, and we don't share it with third parties beyond Google.

Email. If you email us at hello@hamkey.org, we keep your message and reply through our normal email provider. We use it only to respond to you.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, timestamp, URL) for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension like Google's official opt-out add-on, by enabling "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" in your browser, or by blocking third-party scripts (most tracker-blocking extensions stop our analytics by default).

You can ask us what we have on file for you, or to delete it, by emailing hello@hamkey.org.

Children

hamkey.org is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
